Well, after looking into the problem, I still have no definite reason as to why this happens. But, as far as I know, it seems like a clan page has to be more than a few days old before it appears on the category page to those not logged in.
So for the time being, simply tell you recruits to create an account, or tell them to go to your user page on the wiki, and just have a link to the clan page there.
I'll be sure to ask the other SysOps if they now why this happens.

Well, the "Contents" box that commonly appears on pages isn't something that we have to add in manually, it is added on on it's own once there are enough sections.
Like, on my talk page for example, each new topic is another clickable word on the contents section.
The easy way to make this happen on your clan page, is to instead of using ----, just put the title you want for each section like this ==EXAMPLE==.
If you want, I can do it to the first few sections on your clan page just so you know what I mean.

Clan Name
Hey Lord kaos, I know it might not be nice but due to the New AQW Wiki Clan Rules your Clan Name has the Unnecessary Capital Letters Removed. The Wiki is actually really not been going well but it still needs to be good, the Names, Edits etc. must be of high quality.
